I thought it looked familiar, LOL Looks about Wright, since you went with Wright (Ham was on the fence) I'm still not convinced on Wadsworth. Haynes is younger and will provide depth at DL, and Costanzo plays STs. Both could nose out wadsy.
I can see listing smith as #3 if they keep ratliff on the PS to run the scout team. I never thought wads would make the team and still dont, but i am softening; if they cut kimo, they could want the veteran leadership. i still doubt he makes it, and I'd rather they keep haynes.
I thought the #3 is inactive on gamedays until the 4th qtr? If that rule is still in effect than Smith has to be listed as #2 for the game. I can't see Mangini trusting him enough to go into a game with Brad Smith as his back up qb. As for Wadsworth, I hope he makes it, but his lack of playing time this preseason is a clear indication he will be one of the first cuts. I'd be very surprised if he makes it past the first round of cuts, let alone the team. We'll see though.
I am talking #3 on the team depth chart, not #3 on gameday. And I just went back and looked at some notes, and i think kassel has a better chance of making the team than Wadsworth.
If Smith is #3 QB he won't be listed as a QB on the gameday teamsheet - Kellen will be #2 with no emergency QB listed at all. Too late, he's made it past the first round.
No I believe Clemens will be listed as the #3 to open up a roster spot, and if Chad goes down I think he's allowed to enter the game. (Or in the 4th quarter)
That is a possibility, with Smith filling in if Chad is only out for a few plays or a series. If they trust Smith to do that...
