Let’s assume based on everything we’ve seen and heard so far that Neal, Hutch, and Thibedeuax are all gone and probably in that order. I know the DBs still need to run today but who would you want at 4? Assuming no trade back. my answer is Sauce
Hmm. Tough call. A shutdown CB to turn the unit from good to great. A generational S to turn the unit from non-existent to formidable A LT to play RG for a year to then transition to T if one of our other Ts don’t pan out after this year
First, we already have 2 or 3 other threads on this exact topic. Do we really need to start a new one? Second, it depends on what Douglas can do in FA. If he fills the G position, then Ekwonu or Neal don't need to be the pick. If he can pick up a good #1 WR then we don't need to use 4/10 on a WR. Third, I'm leery of using a Top 10 pick on a CB...I'd be more up for using it on a S if I had to. Bottom line: too many unknowns still at this point. But I bet JD has a pretty good idea already.
If KT doesn’t slide we should try and trade back. If nobody bites I think the pick should be Burks or Hamilton. If you feel confident Burks will be there at 10 take Hamilton or Stingley or Sauce
I really dislike the idea of taking another OL at #4. Unless Becton completely washes out next year we'd essentially be blowing #4 overall on a guard.
