I know this should be in the draft forum, but I thought this was kinda interesting.

    NFL Draft Countdown

    #4 D'Brickashaw Ferguson
    #29 Bobby Carpenter
    #35 Nick Mangold
    #71 Ryan O'Callaghan

I know its just an early mock, but with a good guard prospect on the second day our line would be set for the future.

I really like it except for D'Brick. Qb or trade down.

All those rookie O line starting? It spells disaster for our QB. We at least need 2 vets, so our QB does not get killed. I'm dead set against D'brick, as we can find a morew then a capable LT later in the draft. I want Matt, A.J or Mario(I just feel it's more of a trade for Abe, that's the downside).

Not bad I wouldnt be upset with it, but I looked at his mock and he dosent even have Whitworth going on the first day, and btwn him and OCallaghan, Ill take Whitworth anyday. Though if it were up to me Id trade the #4 to Denver...

I'd be happy with that draft but I highly doubt that Mangold will be there at 35.

i agree. i just dont like the idea of a an o-linemen at no.4 or hawk. We can pick up a starting caliber lb like carpenter, sims, etc. at 29 or even in the 2nd round. I think mario or a qb would be the guy.
