There we go folks. First game of the season. Pre-season or not, seeing Jets on the field is still worth it regardless of who plays. Game is at noon on Saturday. No idea why they schedule this at noon but still it is football.
Good to have football back. The noon start time sucks. Would have preferred later in the afternoon or Sat evening. At least the Jets-Giants preseason game is Saturday night. That one will draw a good crowd.
Agreed. Giants game is on Saturday at 7:30 pm. Perfect day to tailgate. I am sure it will be crowded. If by any chance Rodgers plays a quarter or something, we might have full house who knows.
I doubt Rodgers plays at all in the preseason. He is getting his work in during the practices. I don't think they risk him getting hurt in a preseason game. Remember he is 40 coming off a serious Achillies injury. I don't think we see him play until SF.
Just read the Rodgers wont play in the preseason except maybe one drive in the final game. (then I see a thread about it so I'm outta the loop)
Damn! I've got to sing for my uncle's memorial service at 2:00 in another town, so I'll probably miss the whole game.
Due to storm, cancelled the Niagara Falls plan. Ticket prices are $5 So I will be at the game with my son tomorrow.

I thought 29 Converse had a good series although he gave up that catch--really liked how he came off a block to make a tackle after the big pass completion play--he was also in excellent position on that completion and should swat that down as he gets more reps
