I got bounced from my fantasy playoffs so didn't really have any interest in watching this game on the main tv so was checking periodically on my phone while watching another show. How in the hell did we lose to the Chargers? What the fuck. Herbert playing wasn't even the difference, they had him in a blender. That team straight up quit.

Staley was actually a finalist for the job here when the Johnson's hired one of the failures instead, Gase or Saleh, can't remember. Just goes to show how terrible Woody and his brother are at picking leaders. At this point though I dont see any indication as to why/how he would end up here. Seems like they are committed to giving Saleh and Joe Douglas another year and Staley as a defensive coordinator by trade isnt going to take Ulbrich's job. Unless somehow another team hires away Ulbrich
