I'll be giving up a Blackfishing trip for this game. Hopefully the Jets will show up OR we'll be gone before the 4th qtr. I asked for the Jets to show up today and they didn't. Evidently they show up every now and then when they feel like it.

For the first time in a long time, I'm debating on whether or not to even watch this. This team has been such a disappointment that I'm seriously considering cancelling my Sunday Ticket and saving the money and the time on Sunday afternoons rather than watching Saleh and this bunch continue to flounder and make no progress towards anything that resembles "progress". Figure the Dolphins will probably come close to dropping 50 on us as well. I'm not sure our defense could stop a middle school team.

I think the Jets will win in true Jets fashion, by which I mean: - ZW will return and play well enough to get us excited before then playing abysmally in the next game - we will score enough points to win but still give up 30+ to the Phins but no-one will care that the defense is still terrible as it is a win - we will then follow up the next week against the Texans with a game people will think we can win by losing badly and making them look like the Patriots - a key rookie will get injured for the rest of the season
We are going to get slapped.. again. Did you see what Miami's D did to Baltimore on Thursday night? They have extra time to prepare too. Not expecting us to muster more than 13 points in this game. We are probably going to make Tua look like Joe Montana
This is the game I draw a line in the sand for Salah …the Pats ,Bills and colts are professional teams and division rivals I expected us to get blown off the ball !…. Miami not a good team… I don’t expect a win… I want to see EFFORT!!! If Salah can’t get this team to play hard against a division rival he has to go at season end !!! ….. we should’ve been seeing progress by now …NOT wins just progress….just a fighting Spirit !!…. If they sleep walk through this game EVERYONE needs to be fired!
Well, I'm right on track with my preseason poll of 2-7 at this midpoint in the season and now I have the Jets sweeping the next three, even if it takes White, Johnson and Flacco all to contribute to the victory. I wonder if LaFleur has an arrow in his quiver that lines all three up behind the center? That, if nothing else, should force Miami to use a timeout. Is it too late to change my prediction for the next three games?
They ought to try it. The defense would be laughing so hard that we might gain a yard or two before somebody runs past van Roten and tackles the ball carrier.
