This is a big board, not a mock draft. There is little chance the jets would take a player like Murphy in round one. I would see them more likely taking a shot at a player like Ealy if the stud receivers are gone.

Ealy ranked in the late 30's is more than a bit low. He looks to be a solid mid round pick with his combination of size and speed off the edge.

Surprised to see Shaizer so high. Good player but lacks the size for the position at the next level.

We need a thread for JETS big board. For example, we wouldn't have DT, or DE on the list..I hope so at least. Also, we'd have mainly TE, CB, S, OLB, and WR, on the list

Manziel is not likely to fall to 13 but I doubt the Jets trade up for him even if he does. First of all I don't think any team is going to let the Jets trade up using the chart if Manziel is there. I think they're going to look for a windfall for the pick and likely take Manziel themselves if they don't get it.

The team with the 13 at the moment is the St. Louis Rams and they'd take Manziel in a heartbeat to sit behind Bradford for a year while they sort it all out. They'll already have Jadaveon Clowney or Jake Matthews on board from the 2 and they'll see the opportunity to grab Manziel as too good to pass up given Bradford's injury history and salary in 2015.

My best guess is that the prognosticators are right on Manziel and that he goes in the top 5, assuming he can keep his nose clean between now and the draft. If he winds up arrested somewhere blind drunk with his underwear on backwards and not much else then he might well drop to the Jets at 18.
