We needed this game....they looked lethargic from start to finish.

With this loss, we are looking at a 4 game losing streak...staring it right in the face. From what I've seen we just do not have the horses to win any of the next 3 games.

Thoughts...N.E. is going to come into our house and stomp on us. Watch Gronk make it back next week...too...

All the people licking Rex's balls and wanting an immediate extension will be driving him to the airport if the Jets reach 3-6. That said, I hope Geno can continue to develop. We need to be patient. This is not a playoff team. Let's just build towards the future.

I think the team bounces back and we get into a shootout with New Enland. We win 31-28.

No chance the Jets win this game

    zero

Charmin soft Holmes and Milliner probably won't care enough to play

Talib is playing well this year, so having Holmes would be nice just so one Holmes/Hill won't be covered by him. The PAts offense is clicking more and Amendola is back. Front 4 needs to create pressure and no turnovers. Samething as usual.

Strange, I feel more confident about this game than the Steelers game, hope I'm right

No chance at beating the Patriots, zero, 3-4, probably 3-6 by week 9.

If the jets can keep this game within 4 touchdowns I'll consider it a morale victory.

Rex needs to fire these boys up, Geno needs to have a near flawless game, and we need to have a big play or two, including a turnover. Absent ALL of those things, I doubt we pull it out.

Lets just give up on our team then.

No I'm not watching the saints game.

A good chunk of you here didn't have us getting a W at Atlanta either.
Steelers had our number today, fair play to them.

    One game at a time.

We'll be sitting 4-10 and you'll still be talking about that Saints game. NO ONE had us beating the Falcons including you. Doesn't change the fact that Geno was abysmal today, and the coaching was even worse.

Another thing, if the Pats just keep their safeties back, the run game needs to get going. It seems when teams force us to go underneath all the time, we can't string together a drive, we need to go down the field to do it. That's where the run game becomes ever more important. Will be interesting if the Pats force us to string drives together.

I haven't got a clue what you're talking about, neither do you.
FYI I had us beating the Falcs.

Geno made some rookie mistakes but considering the supporting cast and position that we got into, catch up. It was turning into a big ask.

He'll bounce back and so will the team, but you'll be still crying about the Steelers game won't you?

They used the same offensive game plan they did against the Falcons, they know they have shit in Geno.

If Geno throws 35 times you're looking at probably 4 picks and they know it.

I love all these gloom and doom takes...it's so much fun to bump them after a big win.

    You guys suck.

Go root for the Jags so at least your 'we suck' takes week after week will be reasonable.
