I highlighted Chris Ivory because I think if there's one in this group I'd want the most, it's probably him.

I like James Casey in Houston, he is quite versatile and can play multiple positions. He is no star so he'd be cheap but he isn't your every down back either. More like a guy who you run set plays for instead of trying to make him into something he isn't.

I would prefer either Mendenhall or Steven Jackson.

Throw a dart and sign the guy who has actually done something in the NFL that it lands closest too, assuming he's healthy and has less than 1500 carries in his career and has not surpassed 300 in any of the last 3 seasons. If he won't take $2M a year or less keep throwing darts until you find somebody who will.

RB's are a dime-a-dozen. If you can get a triple threat who runs well, catches the ball well and pass blocks well then he's exempt from the dime-a-dozen rule and it is worth pursuing him hard.

I'd rather keep Greene and draft a guy in the 3rd round or so.

For under $2M a year keeping Greene might be the right move. The Jets definitely need a guy who can catch the ball out of the backfield and pass block well also.

Kevin Smith is a high reward low risk player. When healthy he is the best on this list, but there in lies the problem.

Fuck all of them, we need to draft our own guy. This is a very deep class and there should be quality RBs through the 4th round.

Gio Bernard, Jawan Jamison, Leveon Bell, Eddie Lacy, Stepfan Taylor, Joseph Randle, Montee Ball, Andre Ellington, Kenjan Barner, Mike Gillislee, Johnathan Franklin... All quality backs.

We have that in Powell, we need a guy who can hit holes and cutback and get 4.5 yards a rush

We need better than Powell in the 3rd down role. We actually should probably put Powell in the change-of-pace back role and go get somebody to play on all downs who just needs a change of pace.

Casey isn't even really a running back, he's a traditional H-back alternating between the backfield and the end of the O-line mostly blocking but also a valuable receiver when called upon. If we brought him here, it wouldn't be to run the ball.

What are the chances we Trade Sanchez,Pace and a second round pick for Darren Mcfadden??? Steven Jackson,Peyton Hillis,Rashard Mendenhall,or Jackie Battle all would make sense, There's no one with any kind of speed besides Bush and I doubt he leaves Miami and if he did I don't think he would come here

I'll take Justin Forsett or Chris ivory. Forsett and Powell could be nice and he'd be cheap. Good pass catching RB.
