IF something happens where Bush ends up not going at #1, (even though I'm sure he will).... would the Saints take him? If not...who would they get? If yes... would they trade him to somebody else for more players/picks?
Those are interesting questions. I think the Saints will take Reggie if he drops to 2nd. I also believe there is good chance of that happening. Houston doesn't necessarrily need a running back. I know it's Bush, but they need a guy like D'Brick, so don't rule this out. As for New Orleans with Reggie: No. The Saints will keep Reggie Bush. McCallister is almost done, so they could win big if the Texans let this happen.
Not with the $$ McAllister is making. Also would be a waste of a pick when they already have their future RB. People keep forgetting, you cant just cut ties with such a guy. Itd be like cutting Donovan McNabb to draft Peyton Manning
I think Houston has been sold on bush for months, if for some minor miracle they dont take him then i think they trade down for D'Brick. if they traded with the Jets (and no i dont think there is a chance this will really happen), then Jets would have to take Bush. although i still firmly believe Hou will take bush.
