- Waste of a challenge and timeout on 3rd and short run. - Eric Smith PI to practically give the Patsies a gift TD. - Dropped pass by LT out of the flat. - 2 way-off passes to Holmes. - Did not test the weak secondary at all. - Piss poor tackling on 4th and 3 to let Branch turn a first down into a touchdown. - A 13-yard punt. - Folk with a kick wide, WIDE left. - Stupid 3-man rushes, especially on 3rd and long, which let the Patsies get into FG-range (which they turned into a TD instead). ...so does that about cover it?
why in god's name did we start the game off in the hurry up offense?? are we trying to get brady back on the field??
What is sad is that most of these mistakes are coaching mistakes... -The Challenge -Going for a 50+ FG in just horrendous wind. -Having Scott and Harris and DeVito covering lil White guys. -Running the ball up the gut right @ the only strength of their Defense
Just about covers it but a bigger worry to me right now is the lack of intensity on either side of the ball by us. Where have we gone?
How does Ryan even let Folk try a 53 yarder into the wind when Folk blows worse than the wind at Gillette Stadium.
It was with the wind. That kick wouldnt of been good for 30 either. Horrible kick that sliced from the start.
we got embarrassed,in every phase of the game. defense sucked, coaching sucked, offense sucked, special teams sucked The only person that didn't suck was Greene. dropped passes, botched punts, redzone picks. just an awful performance.
two decisions that had me annoyed: 1)The first challenge. It wasn't remotely correct. I knew when he challenged that it wouldn't be overturned. For it to be overturned, the second effort had to count, but Sanchez clearly already had his knee on the ground while being touched by a defender. 2)After the second sack of Shady at the end of the first half, failing to call a timeout. It was 3rd and 22. You have to call a timeout and conserve time. Instead, over 30 seconds were run off the clock between plays. The rest of the game was just awful play.
Exactly. Folk is already a head case, why give more food for thought by putting him in such a precarious position. Plus getting the crowd riled up and giving the Patriots absurd field position.
