According to Schefter the Jets are expecting 4 comp picks in 2014, plus the extra 3 from TB. If somehow the Jets land a QB the rebuild won't take very long

Can't hurt but what rounds will they be? Might get a starter maybe two at most, a special teams guy or two and a cut or two.

doubt there are any 3rd round comp picks, maybe 1 4th, but most if not all wiill be 5th or lower.

I don't know if Revis is involved in those picks, but if so I'd say a 3rd for him. a 4th for Landry, 5th for Keller and a 6 or 7 for Greene.

Revis won't be since comp picks are only for lost free agents and not players traded, at least that's my understanding of comp picks.

then I would assume we'd get a pick for DeVito. so a 4,5,6,7 would be my guess. 10 picks through rounds 3-7 ain't bad at all.

First off, we won't know about the comp picks till next year, it's possible they change. So lets not assume.

Second, we have to hit on our own picks, rounds 1-4 will be vital in the next two seasons. That will determine if our rebuilding process goes quicker, not necessarily how many picks we have.

Great. More players from Baylor that we can cut before the season starts.

    Whatever happened to RG(notIII)?

True, but more picks increase the odds of getting a "hit", especially in the latter rounds. It's fairly safe to say that the Jets will obtain most likely 4 picks, but the odds are most, if not all, will be rounds 6-7. Maybe 1 or 2 in the 4th or 5th...

It's irreleavant to this years draft, but you can pretty much estimate how many picks a team will most likely get, just not where in the draft they'll be.
