If I were you, I'd be targeting Brees. If he's gone, then it depends on if you believe in Brady or Peyton this year. If you do, go for it. It's worth it to have an elite QB in your league and there aren't many this year. With your next pick, I'd go with either Jacobs, Chris Johnson or Portis - whoever you like best. With only 2 WRs, you can definitely wait on that position.
