    The campaign for Ratliff as starting QB in 09 begins here. Those 3 good halves in preseason make it obvious that he should be signed to a long term extension right now.

    I'm for giving him a shot. Haven't seen anything from Clemen's that impressive, and Ratliff looked good when he played. He wouldn't be the first long-shot to make it.

    I'm on board with Ratliff if we're staying in-house.

    Get that short bum Clemens (hey, we could call him the mouse in this competition). I like my QBs to be able to see over the O-line

    No harm in open competition this upcoming TC. I'd like to see them stay inhouse for a QB as well. Seems like we missed out on all the good one over the last 3 years.

    we have a hard sched against both south divs next year, were not going far... let's definetly give the kid a look

    Someone mentioned once......The Jets suck in ODD years :)(2005, 2007 etc)...LOL.....It's is true to a certain extent. 2009's schedule is very tough!!

    Its gonna be between Clemens and Ratliff come Training Camp and hopefully with the tough nose CS of Billy Cowher.
