My son has advised me that amongst the 12 POs teams based on the final W-L records of teams each team played we played the 6th hardest schedule in the NFL in 06
home Buffalo, Miami, New England, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Washington away Buffalo, Miami, New England, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Tennessee, Dallas, N.Y. Giants plus we are facing the 2nd place schedule
Orginally Poster was talking about this past year not the 2007 schedule. And yes it was trur it turned out to be the 6th toughest but the numbers are a little skewed considering we faced NE 2x (12 wins) Indy (13 wins) and Chicago (13). But all in all the schedule was still tougher than many want naysayers would have you believe. Miami and Buffalo 2 are no pushovers - The Pack in Lambeau and the VIkes in the Dome are no east task even when the teams suck, and throw in the Jags and Titans. Bottom Line is we won the games we were supposed to win except the Buffalo Stumble and the Cleveland Game ( which even didnt show up until the fourth Q) , and should have gone to OT. Some might say got the Titans at the right time but in that case we got the Jaguars at the wrong time - coming home after a couple of tough losses.
