    1. Revis on blitz: Quite possibly, CB blitz is a viable option for this defense. (I was thinking about this earlier in the season, if some of you can recall.) That means: if Jets pick up another safety, they got a capable 7 men who can blitz (I'm not counting Lowery in). Why is this important? Potentially any 7 could be flying at the QB at any moment - adds the "unpredictability" factor to the blitzing scheme.

    2. Thomas Jones: Quite contrary to the harsh criticism he had to endure the entire season, he actually bumped off the first few defenders, then dragged a few for the extra yard. He wouldn't have made it to the goal line on his TD run, if he fell on the first contact. Is it more a function of giving him more touches? I'd like to think so.

    3. Orchestrating a time-killing, grinding drives: Only half hour after I griped about not using the short passing attack to sustain the long drives, the offense finally goes out and does it. There are obviously a bit of a room for improvement, but I was very pleased to see them grinding the Buffalo D. By 4th Quarter, they looked gassed - like Jets D have been in the previous losses. What a turn of scenery it is. Keep at it!

    4. Short passing attack: Yeah. I wrote a little about it above, but to see finally Cotchery on a quick slant pattern to rip the defense apart was extremely pleasing sight. So was Leon's 40 yard screen. This team definitely has enough talent to do more; I'd love to see where imagination gets to this offense.

    5. Jenkins: Boy, is he a beast or what. He single-handedly stopped TWO - not one, but two! - promising drives when he literally killed Trent Edward from the middle. I'd love to see a bit extra of pressure, but boy, this beast is such a huge difference maker. Jets are in good hands for the duration of his contract.

There are a few things I'd see improved, but in general I was very pleased with the effort they put up. Keep up the good work!

During the game the announcers pointed out that we lead the league in drives that last over 5 minutes.

That was interesting to hear...that whole perception vs. reality thing...emphasizes that our QB needs to catch up right now.

Thomas is having a good year, avg like 4.5 per carry. He needs to get the ball more

Yeah, but we have either 4 or 5 turnovers in the redzone, which is not good. One of them cost us the Raiders game.

The Bills are a good team so I think it shows a lot (at least that we can be good sometimes)

Our passing D still isn't that great at all. But damn was I happy to see Lynch run for about 1 yd a carry, especially considering they were saying he was going to bust out his first 100 yd game of the year against them......Idiots.

As for Favre's INT, I believe he was trying to throw that one way out of bounds because of the location of it (being way behind the WR who was running down the sidelines) and due to the fact that he was hit right as he threw it.

Regardless....this was one of the least stressful games to watch this season (not including every other DAMN field goal being missed)

Great game played today against our rivals but damn Revis kills the bills with that blitz off the side... Big play for us today.

Abram Elam's pick 6 was a game changer. That scored our first TD and took potential points off the scoreboard for the Bills. Huge momentum shift
