My opinion of Meshawn just went up a whole bunch of pegs. He ducked Berman's question about the Presidential race by saying "I'm not interested, there's no money in politics." Berman responded, "There can be." Meshawn, "I don't want to go to jail."
Some guys have the personality to be a great talking head and some guys don't. Keyshawn has that personality. But to give a guy like Cris Carter 10 years on the air in the hopes that he'll "pick it up" is just stupid.
I don't understand why Carter is on the panel. Why have two ex WRs? What does Carter bring to the table that Keyshawn doesn't. I much preferred when they had Steve Young on the panel, he's great.
Me too. the show was a lot better when Young was on the panel. Now he just has a 3 min spot on the show and on Monday's he alongside 2 awful guys: Emmit Smith and Stuart Scott.
The only thing good about Cris Carter is when he was on NFL Live and Dan Marino would constantly rip on him, which was always funny cuz he would get so pissed.
Intelligence. Class. Funny thing is I've had the same thought about why have Carter and Meshawn on the set, just that my lean was the other way.
