    Notes:
    • Overall this was a pretty solid game for D'Brick. He did get beat a couple times in pass protection in the second half but nothing like last week.
    • He seems to be improving on picking up delayed stunts after getting beat by a couple a few weeks ago.
    • Drew Coleman actually had a very good game. I don't believe he had a single pass against him and made two nice pass break ups including the last defensive play of the game on 4th and 2. Hats off to a guy I've shit on all year.
    • The Chiefs took advantage of Harris being out early and often in the first half. The CS must have made some adjustments at halftime though because they weren't able to do that in the 2nd half. I think we may have played a lot more Nickel in the second half to prevent Bowens/Spencer from playing ILB. That's just a guess though, I'm not sure. Hopefully they have that band-aid in tact for the Bills game.
    • Leon Washington is the fucking man. The last punt return where he set us up for the winning TD he gave there punter a piggy back ride. Don't ever say Leon is too small.

Same here, I have to give him credit for his play on Sunday. Hopefully he can keep it up.

Coleman also dropped a pick-6 though... It wasn't an easy INT, but it was definitely a makeable catch

I'll take a dropped pick-6 every game if he continues to not allow a bunch of passes against.

LOL makeable? That pass hit him in the cinderblocks on the end of his wrists, how is he supposed to make that catch?

BTW I was watching Brick pretty close and he had another very good game. He is certainly not the problem on the offense.

For these posts alone you'd get my posts in a...most informative poster or w/e poll...you'd be the Obama (or McCain) of TGG...

    My notes:

    - Our D is nasty. Jenkins is the shit.

    - Eric Barton and David Bowens are really solid/underrated players.

    - Cotchery always seems to get overshadowed in the end somehow.

    - Dwayne Bowe is a beast.

    - Favre is still good, but the offense and him haven't "clicked" yet. Maybe they lack the "it" factor together.

so you're saying the ball hit him in the hands.... i'm confused as to how that's not makeable

He's stating that Coleman has horrible hands (so bad they are comparable to cinderblocks), therefore it was not makeable for him.

i disagree with the barton comment. As a pass cvg LB he's one of the reason we give up so many TE yards/catches and in general pass D

thanks again for showing everyone who has a passion for hatred against d brick that he once again played pretty damn solid again this week. its nice to see a breakdown of what i have been saying for a few years and have some backup to my argument.

definitely the best weekly post i see.

Yes I'm sure it's reassuring for Jet fans to be reminded every week that their top 5 left tackle is nothing more than an average player. What's worse is those of you that take it as some sort of weekly vindication or something, like the front office should get a pat on the back. What's the cap # this year for D Bust?

How many total sacks has he allowed this season? I realize this statistic doesn't tell the full story but I'm curious.

Continues to show why he is a good LT. One true missed assignment out of his 7 bad plays. The other 6 don't have a big impact. That is a sound Lineman. With Schobel out, I hope Brick owns the guy lining up to him - chances are better than good.

    I think 2.

  19. Do you have any concrete evidence as to why he's an average player other than your obvious bias? I think not.

How's Adrian Klemm doing these days, asshole.

Thanks again, BB. Brick is a good player, I'm glad we have him. A solid LT is important and certainly worth a high pick. Good thing we didn't listen to champ.
