Okay guys, I need help from some of you experienced jersey buyers. I am 25 yrs old and want my first authentic Jets jersey. I bought a Curtis Martin martin one from ebay a few years ago, but had to send it back because it looked like a nightgown on me. I currently wear a fading, replica, Wayne Chrebet Jersey, which I will still wear if I'm ever playing some football with buddies. But I want an authentic for watching games and wearing out to the discoteque. I know there are a few different brands that claim "authentic" along with different sizes for each. I need someone to break those down for me if possible. The ones I would consider getting, in no particular order are Pennington, Revis and Harris. Thanks
Did you ever go to Modells or a similar site to see if they have sizing charts available? NFL's own site might provide additional information.
On SportsAuthority.Com they have the following chart listed for males: S M L XL XXL Jabbathehut Jonnyd/Doughboy
Listen any advice from buying jerseys I would give be careful when buying "authentic" jerseys on ebay theres a shitload of counterfeits rolling around. ONLY 2 companies make authentic jersey and that is Reebok, and Mitchell and Ness. Reebok handles current (and few throwback jerseys like the Jets Titans jersey and M&N handles the throwbacks. Here's a link to a sizing chart which should help you figure out the sizes. http://www.cbssportsstore.com/sm-football-jersey-size-chart--bg-1381340.html
You wear a 56? Cool, I'll leave you my Namath authentic throw back in my will. Don't ask me why hubby bought me (99 lbs, 5' 1 1/2) a freaking size 56! He bought it from NFL.com
Does hubby happen to be size 56? Anyway I get my jerseys on ebay. You can usually come away with a reebok authentic for under $100.
probably look damn good cooking eggs in it. and setting the table and cleaning up and getting me my beer and my remote and putting the ottaman under my feet and taking off my boots and fluffing my pillow and well thats enough for now...
