Yeah Chad is a good QB and brings a lot to the table. However, can he stay healthy? if he does, he could lead the Phins to a 7 win season (+/- 1 game)

He threw the game losing INT to us week 1 and there is no way he could have won a shoot out against the Cardinals, so I don't think he is missed. I'm more impressed with Ronnie Brown on the Dolphins.

It's not a surprise he's playing well since he's healthy. When he is healthy he is a very good QB- always has been.

This is a JETS forum. Why do we need to bring up the CHADWICK garbage all the time. As an ex-Jet I wish him well until he plays us. He would NEVER have beaten the CARDS last week. How many games did CHAD ever win a game when he was losing by 10 points in the 4th quarter? That is not a synopsis of the CARD game, just a legitimate question! With us he was average at best. He had the benefit of some good runners and decent receivers. In Miami he has RONNIE BROWN and is NOT asked by SPORANO to win the game. How many TDs has he thrown against NE and SD? ONE! The rest are gimmicks thought up by DAN HENNING. When the tricks run out, will CHAD resemble the weak armed QB that struggles to beat top defenses? I think so! He knew our weaknesses and still lost to us. How good is he really?

and w/ favre this helps us how? Thye gave a stat on the MNF broadcast 2 weeks ago that favre had never led his team back when trailing by 14 points so what is the point of that silly argument about coming back from 14 down? Favre is here and we all support him but we let a good QB go to get him. One that was under underappreciated here and one that just beat the 2 teams we lost to.

So it's about TDs thrown and not wins? So you were happy in SD that we got blown out b/c favre got some garb age time TD passes?

he basically has ONE good player around him- Ronnie brown. His Wrs stink, Ricky isn't doing anything, he has ok TEs. Favre had the MUCH more talented team.

I think the reason there are so many Chad threads is that sports fans like to prove how smart they are by making predictions and stuff. A lot of the offensive weirdness which various Chad-hating genius' blamed on Chad are still with us, clearly its BS1's fault, not Chad's. And Chad is winning games with a strong running game behind him, just like the Chad fans always said he would. The real issue here is people trying to show each other up regarding football knowledge, thats how I see it.

only reason why Chad looks half way decent, is that they have a running
game. We are still looking for one..

To a lot of the fantasy geeks and Madden geeks on here, yes.

Most good teams have a good running game, very few don't, but you still need a QB for it to work. What happened to the "8 in the box" logic that it was Chad's fault we couldn't run last year? Why can't we run this year and why is Miami running so well?

Hell yeah!! Another Chad thread... that's what I'm talkin' about!!

If some of you can't handle it... you could always choose to IGNORE the thread. :breakdance:

This Miami team is starting to look a little scary now with Brown cranking out the yards and their defense starting to come together. I was hoping we had another year or two before they got competitive, but it looks like they are going to be tough this year.

Parcells doesn't wait a year or two, by then he'll be back on ESPN in a blazer.
