definitely, every cleveland fan ive come across is 9 times out of ten not only realistic and honest about the browns but they know their fair share of football from around the league to college.

"It's sort of a drag sharing a stadium with another team, but Giants fans are more loyal than Jets fans. And speaking from experience, Giants fans will tailgate in any weather. I prefer Lot C because that's where you find the short-rib experts."

    Ouch!

I think the list is essentially on. Considering the size of the communities, the Steelers and Packers fans are probably the best. They travel like no others.

I do have an issue with Eagles fans being way up this list. Most vile punks in the league.

The Jets are about where they belong. The stadium was half empty for Favre's debut. 'Nuff said.

They have great fans, don't get me wrong. But they're like the Bruins fans in Boston, they have a strong base of hard-core fans, but the numbers aren't there.

What's wrong with hate? Not a Giants fan but I smile every time I think of that catch and Brady dumped on his ass last Feb. 18 and 2nd place. LOL. It is a short list that includes Manning and TO but yeah, I like to see them get a good solid licking and hates a good thing.

First, move all the teams that have been to at least 3 Super Bowls down below the Jets...it's easy to be a fan of the Patriots, Broncos, Packers, Redskins, and Steelers...try being a Cleveland fan, a Kansas City fan, a Jets fan, waiting on eternity.

It is trule amazing that our team continues to sell out and maintain a waitlist of that size, considering that the bad years have far outweighted the good in the past 40 years. But, who really cares what some writer thinks. I go to the games. I'm there week after week. I see what happens before the game, during the game, and after the game. Therefore, I know who the best fans in the NFL really are!

I couldn't agree with this more. Boston is a baseball town - they live and breathe Red Sox. I wouldn't believe the average Pats fan could name five Patriots from the 20th century!

I don't think you are far off on that. I know I work with a bunch of people that wear all the Pats stuff now, yet never even spoke a word about them before 2001! As a long suffering Pats fan, it bothers me, especially because they are the ones who talk the most shit and make the rest of us look bad.

Kinda like all the dudes who started wearing 49ers crap in the 80's, like they were always 49er fans! Right!

Am I blind, or are Seahawks fans not on the Top 10 list?

I guess they may not be the best fans, but they are damn loud. 12th man ring a bell ESPN?

Who gives a shit? I mean seriously, by what objective (or even semi-objective) standard is there to rank football fans? The list is meaningless.

I hear ya......but Steelers fans are unbelievable. They just are. You gotta go to a game in Pittsburgh to see it. The whole city is crazed when the Steelers play.

Plus, generally, they are genuinely nice people so I have no problem giving them the crown..

Any list that puts Oakland in the top ten (or anywhere near the top 31) is fatally flawed. That team can't find a city willing to fill its stadium on a regular basis.

P.S. - I don't know what all that Danish is, but I think it's time to put an end to the personal attacks on Kelly already. Like or hate what she posts, she's been a member of this board for several years and never said word-one to antagonize anyone else. Live and let live.

The Patriots being this High is a Joke. Before the first Brady Sb these MF were no where to be found or they lived in Ne and rooted for other teams!
