Game 1: Jo-Jo Reyes vs. Oliver Perez
Game 2: Jair Jurrjens vs. Mike Pelfrey
Game 3: Mike Hampton vs. Pedro Martinez (a matchup of the has-beens)

These three are all winnable. I'll be happy if we go 5-2 during this seven game stretch.

Good matchups in each game though.

Wagner's MRI shows more inflammation in his elbow - he is out indefinitely.

Ugghhhh as much as I can't stand that pric we kind of need him. Is it possible the Mets go out try to get somebody off waivers.

The only reason Perez has gotten anyone out is because Cox was stupid enough to have Escobar bunt.

Hey man, calm down with the mean words. I can't take this abuse of Mets players anymore. I might have to tell on you to a mod.

This was a sarcastic comment in reference to certain Yankees fans who don't like me saying naughty things about Yankees players.

What the hell is the matter with Castro? He could have made a play at first on that swinging bunt. 2-2, and still men on 2nd and 3rd with one out.

At this rate Perez might not make it through the 5th inning.

This game brings back memories of last year and earlier this year, when a stiff would make the Mets look like crap.

Delgado doubles in two with the bases loaded (missing a GS by about 3 feet). 4-3 Mets, but obviously need lots more.

Phils came back from 3 down to beat the Gnats 5-4. The Mosquitos have now lost 11 in a row. I have a hunch Manny Acta will be looking for a job over the winter.

Easley singles in two more! 6-3 Mets!

Not that it matters that much, but why is Evans getting more ABs than Murphy?

Excellent relief pitching allows the Mets to come back for the win. (Did I just write that?)

that was a pretty awful game outside of the first and 8th innings. Really would've sucked to all those cheap seeing eye hits in the 3rd inning.

i'm still not sure what was more suprising, 2 straight hits with the bases loaded or the solid relief pitching. even show retired 2 righties in a row in the 9th.

How about Reyes walking Reyes in the first and second?
