I would be way more pissed off if we passed on Maroney at that spot

You mean the guy they were saying needed a bra at the USC pro day? He is out of shape at a time he should be in his best shape...apparently he is immature. We aren't taking a RB early IMO and he certainly doesn't fit our new regime...but you go ahead buddy...riot Brooklyn by yourself...

Cuz I hear cocaine is a helluva drug

No, no, no .....we don't need a RB of his caliber this year. We NEED line help. We can run a tandem team for this year.

Lendale is a fat weak slob who has run behind a 5star OL against 3star competition. Did you see his pictures at the combine? He is fat, sloppy, and most of all weak! 15 reps??!! please!!! I hope Maroney drops that low and then we take him because we do need a new RB this year, not next! Curtis is the classiest player ever and one of the most productive but we need new blood and if you want to rely on some 6th round flyer with thyroid problems and a Chief scrub then you are all nuts!! Give me Maroney now!!

Did anyone notice Manny Lawson in the Second round???? If we took Carpender over lawson, i would kill someone. In fact, if we took him with 35 I would kill someone. Does everyone just think that White guys are good for our system or something? All of a sudden Jets fans want white guys-- aka, "character guys, team guys, gym rats" if anyone tells me that Carpender is a better pick than lawson, I will lose my mind. I've seen him play quite a bit-- he's not a first round pick- and not anywhere near the talent that lawson is.

I still love him after the workout BS, but he did have some big, sloppy man boobs.

No need to bring in race...our draft pick at #4 overall is more than likely going to be a black guy so your comments about blacks and whites are just stupid and immature.

As far as Carpenter over Lawson it is pretty much a toss up...I like Carpenter alot because he has more experience at the LB position...Manny was a DE in college...either one at 29 would be good, but either way I expect Manny to be gone by 29

I honestly believe that under the new management, fans now want "character guys" and "Team guys" and i think some people see a white guy and automatically think thats the case. Lets face it, theres like 5 good white guys on defense in the NFL. Brooking, Lynch, Urlacher, Bruschi, and grand Wistrom. Name another 5 and I'll be impressed.

You are stupid...who is "Grand" Wistrom? Not only are you stupid, but apparently not mature enough to look past race...

Patrick Kerney, Zach Thomas, Adam Archuleta, Kyle Vanden Bosch, and Mike Vrabel...moron...

I said good players-- Kerney is OK, Thomas is old, but was good, Arch gets hurt every game, but is above average when healthy, Vanden Bosch is ok, and vrabel is OK- If he played for Denver, he wouldn't sniff the field over DJ Williams, or Ian Gold. Sorry for the Grant Wistrom typo. BTW- I'm white if it matters.

i'am sorry, i just don't get that satisfaction when i hear the jets picking brick. i would love to see just one reporter or organization to say the jets will pick a guy like leinart, young or williams.

i could see carpenter over lawson and i been pimping lawson for months now. but carpenter is Mean SOB that has played linebacker he sheds blockers very well and very good tackler very phiscal player he is the kinda gritty player you want in a 3-4 defense.. as were lawson is more of a finess player who excels at pass rushing but he to i believe would fit perfect as a 3-4 OLB

I saw that mockdraft, and personally think, from a Giants standpoint, it's one miserable draft. Drafting Gabe Watson? I just saw his rounds 1-3 draft choices and i think it's one miserable mockdraft.

  19. That would be an outstanding first 3 picks that will alot of needs and give us great value. This draft is so deep, if you take one guy for value, you are passing on another, that will raise questions. Ya cant win on that front. You just stick to your board, and don't look back.
