Where were you when you found out?

I was drinking responsibly last night with my friends (since I had work this morning) until I got a call from my friend 'Meat'.

I couldn't believe it. I changed the channel to ESPN--quickly realized the mistake I made--and put on NFL Network. It was then that all responsibility went out the window and made a solid attempt to get shit-faced :beer:
Unfortunately, we ran out of beer and, so, here I am...stuck at work.

I had taken a late night jog and came home and watched the Movie "Heist" starring Gene Hackman lol. I went up to my room to go to bed and saw that my phone had 2 text messages. I checked them and they were from my friends talking about the trade. I turned on ESPN and saw them talking about it.

 

haha touche'....but the sig was forced on me from GM. I had nothing to do with it. Where were you when they cancelled the cosby show?

 

I was in bed at my ex girlfriends place. She woke me up saying "the Jets got some guy named Favre". I told her to shut the F up and tried to fall back asleep. Next thing I know she turned the TV up as loud as it would go and I could hear the reporters talking about it.

 

Woke up at 4:00 in the morning dropped a deuce went into the basement and found out on the ESPN Front page. I Shatted my pants.

 

while checking espn on my iphone this morning at 6am

 

I sipping a Beer at home which i spilled all over my desk. lol.

 

In the basement, playing MVP baseball on the computer, and ready to go to bed. Needless to say, I stayed up late.

 

why were so many people shitting?

 

Awake at 3:30 with my 1 yr old crying (teething) and my Iphone rang with a msg from Jetshop .... buy your jersey for a million bucks!

I work like 10 mins from the airport and facility ..we went over there around 1230-1 when he was originally scheduled to arrive ....might go back around 230 to see if other people are around.

 

Took the Times out of the blue bag while pouring the milk over my cereal, I saw "Favre Is Traded To Jets."

 

its a routine before going to bed. You could almost set you clock to it. :wink:
