i dont know y these analysts say Brett had better weapons in GB.

I think our top 2 receivers are better or just as good, GB just had better depth

Out TE's r better esp with Keller as the wild card

Thomas Jones is better than Grant, not even debatable

Leon is better than their backup-I dont even know who it is..

    Jennings, Driver >> Coles, Cotchery

    Donald Lee is pretty good

O-Line much better in GB, making Grant better than Jones.

Packers are a better team overall, I don't see how anyone can debate that right now

Man when you create a thread, you can at least put some sort of effort typing in "Why" and "Are"

Driver and Jennings were made by Brett Favre. Coles and Cotch put up similar numbers with terrible QB play.

    Doesnt that count for anything?

Thomas Jones still eclipsed 1000 yards with a shoddy oline....he's better than Grant.

Yeah, you can at the very least make the argument of more proven. He's been good for 2 different teams in entirely different situations. Grants had 1 good season with a good OL and a HOF QB having one of his best seasons there. Not to take anything away from Grant, but let's give him a few seasons. Plus, we have Washington too. In what's quickly becoming a 2 back league, we actually have a very solid tandem which the occasional thumper in Smith/Chatman.

I'd put our starting WR corps about even with theirs, but I like their depth better until further notice (lots of unproven guys for us). I love our TE's though and Keller's size, speed, and hands make him a prototypical TE in theory for Favre to throw to. Plus, he's had some good seasons with Big Bubba.

    Jones/Washington >>>>>>> Grant
I would say WRs for GB are slightly better.
I would also say that our TE's are slightly better.
OL, if they play together, could potetentially be better than GB. But that is the big question.

Lets just see what numbers Jones, Coles and Cotchery put up this year with revamped O Line and deep ball QB in tow ;)

I think Baker is going to have a great year. Favre's passes a quite different from what our wideouts are used to and he is definitely going to need to rely on our TEs early on, and Baker has the best hands on the team. Keller, well, he is certainly the wild card. I also think Cotch is going to get some amazing YAC this year. Man I am so psyched.

Edit: and dump-offs to Leon, yeah, man I am excited now.
