Why speculate...nothing is certain until the shit hits the fan in September.

Weakest: O-Line - One injury and watch the 2008 season go bye bye! We don't know what to expect from Woody yet so the jury is out.

Strongest: Defense - Not exactly the Steel Curtain but as an entire unit, we've got stars on all 4 layers, and good, if not solid people to fill the rest of the spots. A unit with Jenkins, Harris, Revis, and Rhodes in it is going to be nasty.

Weakest - Right side of the OL.

Strongest - Left side of our OL.

    Strength:
    Tie:
LB corps-Harris is a beast, Pace has looked great, Barton's a solid vet, BT's due for a bounce back year, and Gholston will be at worse a sick situational pass rusher
Running Game-We all know how shifty Leon can be, but TJ should actually be good behind a revamped OLine, and with a great lead blocker in Richardson

    Weakness:
Secondary-We all know how good Revis and Rhodes are, but I have some major question marks about the CB2 position, because frankly, I don't think any of the candidates are NFL caliber starters, at their best. Also, Eric Smith lost his job last year and is maddeningly inconsistent, but saw time with the first team at practice.

    Strength - O-line and Front 7 on D

Weakness - I guess QB, but I think I have a bigger problem with our DE's (solid but unspectacular) and our secondary after Revis and Rhodes.

I agree with a lot of the other posters about O-Line and running game being strong points for all of the reasons that have been mentioned and for one reason that hasn't been mentioned yet in this thread - Bill Callahan. I think, along with all of the new personnel, he dramatically upgrades our O-line and running game.

Weakest: QB,QB,QB: I put three QB'S there because all of our QB's 1st to third are unreliable and a Big question mark. Kellen showed exactly nothing last year(O.k. Blame the line) Chad has everyone fooled again! And Eric, Brett, or insert mane here " " , you get the point.

Strongest: Defensive Line:Without even seeing them take the field it like back when Carolina had a great close to their season (A loosing season) and you could just see that they were going to be beasts the following year. Jenkins ,Pace, Gholsten; The added beef should free up Ellis, Byron, Barton. Jenkins for starters will clog up a big swath of line and get the run stopping where we need it.
