Former Bengal Chris Henry joins former Bengal Odell Thurman on Roger Goodell's list of NFL players suspended indefinitely.

The NFL has suspended former Bengals WR Chris Henry indefinitely, pending his trial later this month, according to his agent.

This guy could be a number for 2 for almost any team. It's sad he's going to be a nobody in the end.

The Bangles hit the trifecta with that draft:

David Pollack - Round 1 - Breaks his neck tackling Reuben Droughns
Odell Thurman - Round 2 - Multiple suspensions for violating the anti-drug policy
Chris Henry - Round 3 - Arrested 5 times after being drafted

Granted Pollack is a freak accident where as the other two are just idiots but still, that's three guys whou should be there to help the team and are no longer on the roster 3 years later.

I gotta say that Chris Henry is a moron and gets into too much trouble but man is he just an outstanding talent. If he could ever get his shit together, he could be huge.

Dude, that's kind of a low blow grouping David Pollack in with those other two. Pollack is a high character guy who did everything he could to come back from a life-threatening injury but instead made the right decision and stayed away from football. He's exactly the guy the Bengals should have drafted.

The other two, on the other hand, are scumbags. How are you a multi-millionaire in America and STILL you manage to get arrested 5 times in a matter of years?

Defintely a cheap shot at Pollack. He was straight edge blue collar football player who broke his neck. Certainly not in the same galaxy as the other two

I think his point was that bad luck, as well as bad judgement by the FO, has cost this team multiple shots at the SB. I mean they were soooo close a few years ago to being special.

The Bengals were close at one time. And yes there were some bad moves by the front office but even when we went 11-5 and won the AFC North I don't think the Bengals could have beat the Colts that year. The defense was ok but the Colts scored 45 against them earlier in the season.

Yeah, I watched that Colts-Bengals game and the Bengals defense certainly had problems. That doesn't mean the Bengals would have lost to the Colts in a playoff game. Heck, just look at this past season. The Cowboys swept the Giants in the regular season and look what happened in the postseason.

Also, had the Bengals defeated the Steelers, they would have played at Denver in the divisional round. New England would have played at Indianapolis.

I mean seriously since they have enough money they clearly could have just bought off the cops! god how dare they take their illegal activities and then not found a way to weasel out of it with their money!

Note: the above is sarcasm, I personally enjoy watching these idiot rich guys break the law a thousand times and get caught every time they try. They have the capabilities to get out of anything with their money, so to see them strung up is great.

What a waste of talent. It really annoys me to see people piss away an opportunity that hundreds of thousands of other people would give anything for.

I know it has been a while on this one but I felt I should defend my honor here. The comment wasn't so much about the character of the players, I even said that Pollock, sans a freak accident, wouldn't ever be mentioned with those two outside of someone asking, "Who were the top three picks for the Bengals in 2005 NFL Draft?" I was speaking more about the luck of the Bengals' overall in that draft.
