exactly. and honestly I think we should all agree that we would be perfectly fine with any of those 4. Like I said before, as long as Dorsey goes somewhere before us we get one of those big 4.

I think McFadden falls. If he doesnt fall we should try to trade our picks and get sweed. and someone else maybe Cromatie even though im not sold on him. I have trouble picking guys that arent from the major football confernces because if they dont play a big schedule you cant judge them... Big differnece between playing agianst East Bumblefuck and USC

Hey, careful. My dad went to East Bumblefuck, home of the Fighting Screwbees. They weren't bad this season.

How far down would we have to trade to justify taking Sweed in the first round? Some mocks have him falling into the second. I'm not sure we can't pick up a good receiver later. If we trade back far enough, I'd be ok with a CB. As said before, though, I'm holding out hope for JStew.

Would you prefer we Traded up like the reports saying to get Mcfadden or Gholston. Flip picks with the Raiders plus give up our two when we could have lost a meaningless game and gotten the player we wanted and not surrender a pick. And for the record I did not say lose the game I said it would have been in our best interest if we lost. The Rams might be trading out of their pick!

I agree...if we had to pick an RB, I'd rather have Stewart than Dmac. Can't explain it, just a gut feeling that he will be better for the long haul.

The fact that Stewart ran a 4.5 at the combine on an injured toe...is enough evidence for me to pick him. When he's healthy...he'll be a fleet-footed tank.

Fugg that. The Talcum Falcons are taking Ryan.

P.S. I'm not sure what Talcum Falcons means either.

Why FFS would I want to trade up when we are going to get a really good player at 6? We are going to walk away with Long, Gholston, Ryan or McFadden. Are you dense?

    Ryan-im not impressed
Long-Until he lines up and plays pass defense in the pros he will get an incomplete.
    Dorsey-D-rob part 2!
    Mcfadden-Boom or Bust.
I want Gholston or a Trade down!

I think Gholston is the biggest potential bust out of the list of players you just posted. He's too sporadic to be rated that high....and if we pick him.....we'll be sorry.

All these players are potential busts, that is just the nature of the sport but I would agree saying Gholston looks like more likely bust if anyone, but only time will tell...

we could be screwed if we get a couple of trade offers from the cowboys and carolina. i would'nt doubt were not the only team looking for mcfadden or long or gholston.

Mcfadden didn't even hold the job Fulltime and Long has never played in Coverage in College and now he is going to have to do it in the Pros and you don't see that as potential Bust material?

did i stutter in my previous post?....No, i do not think they're bigger potential busts...because Long and McFadden had more "consistent" production in their roles....they didn't produce in bunches like Gholston did....hell, he was invisible for a lot of games last year.

Like I said when Long has to stand up and play in pass coverage and Mcfadden is playing against men Full time and has to deal with the pressure of Ny we will see.
