Cant speak without cursing ? Angry I see. You guys are all crazy. This kid was spose to be a 1st round draft pick but off the field issues made his stock drop. I guess the people here wanted him in his ROOKIE season to have 15 pics and 99 tackles and 4 sacks.

Of course I remember and the fact that SAMMY PARKER .... Thats right SAMMY PARKER got in the mix. I like barret , I just think Miller can be the better player.

damn i forgot cussing is forbidden. im not doubting millers potential. im stoked we got him. we finally got a steal out of a draft. but he didnt cover steve smith by himself. at least for the majority of the game. does that mean that i think he's a nickel back? hell no. he was a rookie. he should be a beast this year.

That doesn't really say much-- look at the list- it is positionally biased. LB are at the top, DB's are at the bottom. Also, consider that when he played most of his snaps, we were missing Ellis, and Robertson, who would have greatly helped any of the stats listed here. I'm not saying either way weather he should start- but lets not throw him under the bus so soon. He's got decent size, great speed, and is certainly on his way up. You also have to consider if a guy can even play well at Nickle. nickle isn't automatically where you put your third best corner-- it is a different position entirely. You don't get the advantage of using the sidelines in coverage, and you have to be a nice openfield tackler. It's not automatic that he would play there- and more than likely, barrett would play there in nickle situations. I have heard in the past that Barrett would be a good nickle anyway.

He is correct with that-- actually, if you remember, Plax called our secondary a bunch of "Cartoon Characters"-- after the game (although it may have been regulay season) Cower said Barrett was the best corner he has faced all year. i still like Miller though- I love the kid.

Miller is a future Pro Bowler. Give him a break, he was a rookie playing a position that puts alot of restrictions by way of new rules. You can't muscle receivers like you used to and I think he would excel at that facet. Once he can read converages better it's all she wrote.

I've seen him play since the 8th grade, he being of my hometown. He was always a step faster than everyone on the field, at every level including Clemson. Led the league in INT's as a freshman. Gets burnt more than I'd like to see but makes up for it with his physical play, aka monster hits he lays on receivers and running backs.

    what is this, your Bible?

how come no one - people on this board or football analysts - ever refer to this thing? you're the only one; especially when it's to make your point.

    give it up already.

    cheers

It's probably something HE put together and is trying to promote it. Wouldn't surprise me at all.
