Lombardi, not unexpectedly, has the Jet's taking Ryan. PFW has C. Long. The more drafts you see the more you see Ryan and C. Long

Anyone who thinks the Jets will take Ryan has NO Idea about the team and franchise...the only way they take Ryan is to trade him a la Eli in a pre-draft agreement...

Not necessarily. Although I may personally disagree with the pick the Chargers with Brees/Rivers and Cleveland with Anderson/Quinn provide ample evidence that 2 yound QBs fighting out for the position can be a real boon to the franchise. It could be definitely viewed as more positive than an expensive aging veteran like Pennington.

Actually, Ryan seems to be the one that, on average, is being slotted for the #6 spot. Check out the mock daft muncher provided by the guys at thejetsblog.com Awesome stuff.

anyone who thinks the chiefs would take Mcfadden has no idea about the franchise. That is by far the worst mock draft I have seen to date.

100% GUARANTEED THE CHIEFS DON'T TAKE MCFADDEN.....THEY HAVE LARRY JOHNSON!!! NOT TO MENTION HE HAS A HUGE SALARY

At this point in the Mock Draft world, I think people are just throwing up crazy ideas to be different. Why the Hell would we take Ryan?

This is what I'm talking about.....IF both Longs are gone and IF Gholston is gone....and IF we can't trade down, I feel like we might make this pick....which Might not be that bad of an option...I mean neither Chad nor Kellen really took charge last year

  9. I'm beginning to think that if Jake Long isnt there at 5, and KC cant trade down, they may bite on Ryan.

not to be upset but the munchers thing, I have no clue how it works, just that it has the Jets selecting in round 1 Matt Ryan, and in round 2 Brian Brohm. Now I can't say 100% we wont select either QB, (i hope we select neither, we have bigger needs, and Kellen needs a year) but i can say with absolute certainty, we wont be selecting both in the top 2 rounds.

I watched this report on the NFL network and honestly, I've lost all respect for their league knowledge. Lombardi indicated that he is concerned with Clemens arm strength? Just watching ANY tape of Clemnes would clearly show arm strength is not a problem with this young QB. This guy knows nothing....

I see them taking Albert or Clady if Long is gone. Their O-line was decimated with retirements, and they just drafted Croyle 2 years ago. He and Bowe were excellent together, and those are the two guys that offense will be built around.

Then again this is Herm Edwards...but the Chiefs historically have been a good O-line franchise, no?

if we take Ryan at 6, my mouth isn't going to drop. It is a need on this team. Let the open competition start. This kid is 1 year away from being better than Chad and KC are now. he is what they presently aren't- a winner.

Wrong. Now we have a line that will protect. And what were people saying about Eli after half a season? We need one more weapon on offense and the most accurate passer in NFL history will rise again.

From the top of the link:

Please note, this is not a Mock Draft, but a compilation of Mock Drafts to determine the perceived value of specific players.
