I went to High School with him and his brother lol. He was pretty nasty in H.S.....we went 13-0 my senior year, he played both side of the ball...I didnt get to see Rutgers play the past few years, but i know they got a lot better, and he def had something to do with it....He might be a little too small for O-line in the NFL though

He's a guy that could possibly be a solid starter in the league. I've been hearing a lot about him on draft threads lately, and I think you're right that he is a 3rd rounder. Worth checking him out. We don't need someone to start right away, but with a year or two learning the system he would be a good fit for sure.

His mom & bro sat behind me on the Amtrak back from the International Bowl. He's a bit small but very strong and agile. I think he did 2nd most BP reps at combine.

Is he related to J.P. Machado?

He could definately be a guard for us in the future with a few years of development.

Best 40 of any lineman at the combine and 2nd most reps on the bench (only behind Jake Long)

I would love to get this guy in the fourth round.I think he can develop for a couple years and become a pretty good guard. He had a very good combine so he has a lot of the physical ability to play in the NFL and with some coaching by callahan, i think he can replace moore or faneca (when he retires) in later years.

From Pro Football Weekly draft guide (take it as you like):

Listed in the "Best of the Rest" list. No indepth commentary & not even listed in the 7th round ... just the simple line:

    "Smart, Overachieving college right tackle."

    -------------------------------------------------------------
From Frank Cooney's NFL DRAFT SCOUT site.

    http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=33570

They show stock rising ... 4th rounder currently.

"the few. the proud. the 1st rounders".

would the rest of our o-line EVER eccept a day 2 scrub? can you imagine mangold sharing his females with a 3rd or 4th rounder? tsk tsk.

poor guy would set an nfl record for carrying jock straps and luggage. during training camp he would have to sleep on the floor and go 2 buildings over to use a bathroom.

why do you think kendall left? his hands were cramping up from giving mangold and dbrick foot rubs and pedicures. and dbrick made him sleep in the rookie dorms.

Having watching every game he's played, he looks like a solid player to me. I would definately like to see him in Green and White.
