Answers like this are why I love this regime. Unlike Jets fans here, they choose to think proactively instead of harping on last season's failure.

Mike was Honest. Big props for that. Going after BPA- good to hear, the whole flexibility strategy... Dismisses the Kendall fiasco, mentions the 4th rounder and Faneca, well played mike.

Who the hell are we gunna draft?

Wow, congrats to JI. I'm sure it took a lot to set up that interview.

Nice to be honest but that quote at the top seems to make them sound clueless.

    Which quote?

This one jumped out at me.

    Big duh!

Their personnel evaluation at those positions sucked. Not good.

not saying that, it was more sarcasm than anything else. but tom jones definitely would have scored more than ONE touchdown.

So, where is Tony Wise now? Who took his place long before FA?

Vilmatic, notice that Mike T. says they want to throw deep -- unless they can run the ball at will, they will never have the time to throw deep or anywhere else.

The NYJ have no respect in the NFL.

Remember when the Raiders decided that they would just hit the NYJ in the mouth and they never threw the ball for a couple of quarters? Of course, they didn't have to, they could run at will.

This is what we have to be able to do: Run at will. The defense has to be convinced (forceably if at all possible is preferrable) that we can and will run on them. Once we have convinced them, then we can pass. Until we convince them that we can and will run on them, their defense will cheat on all routes because they will know there is no danger in doing so.

It was the OL that made so many interceptions last year.

I like having Callahan on board, but dont tell me mangin and tannen had no input into player personnel at every position.

Funny but we can hardly raise enough to pay the bandwidth for TGG.

Cause the other's, especially JI, allows users download images in signatures as big as the Grand Canyon. IMO, Petro, does a good job making sure TGG stays up and running.
