Players have now chosen us over STL, SF, MIami and Pit- Not too bad. Hopefully Ayanbadejo chooses us over Baltimore

 

And if he had stayed with pit, the writers would have deemed it as being a brilliant move by Pittsburgh.

 

Maybe he had a flashback of our Epic home win this year against the Steelers and wanted to be a part of the action!

I just hope that we don't face the same issue with Rhodes. After the dust settles, it's time for the FO to pony up and pay him and Baker.

 

I think players really see what Mangini is trying to do here and it's appealing. It's a serious program.

I also think that quote Fanaca had from last year where he said something like "I was just out there playing without a contract all year. Is that fair to do to a guy?" or something to that extent showed that he really was VERY pissed off.

 

Good. Now we can put to rest this crap about how the Steelers know exactly when to get rid of someone.

 

Well, of course they have. We're spending the money. Same reason whores stand outside convention halls. That's a good thing, since it's not my money, and because we needed better players at those positions. We'll know how it plays out around mid-October.
