Move him to end in the 3-4 splitting time with Ellis and Thomas opposite Ghoulston, and then move inside next to Jenkins in the 4-3.

Thomas plays OLB in the 3-4 and I don't know who Ghoulston is but I'm sure you're thinking of another 3-4 OLB.

    3-4 DE != 4-3 DE.

Either he gets traded or... 'Can't nobody start me'.

    Keep Him

I dont think we will get better than a 4th rounder for him so I say we keep him. What worries me most however is that we may not be in a position to draft Gholston. It appears that Glen dorsey will not be a top 5 pick which means that Dorsey and Ellis will be available when we pick.It worries me so much because We do not need either player. If Long, Gholston, DMC,Jake Long are gone and nobody wants to trade up to the 6 spot then we will be in deep trouble, most likely picking a player we do not necessarily want.

    DRob should be next

With Stoud traded Drob is the next DT out there. Denver, Bengals, TB, NO, could be interested, Mike T may need to get creative like he did with Vilma"s trade

Broncos or Bengals really need a DT. I think Bengals could make a strong push for Robertson after the Shaun Rogers deal (or lack of)

same as Jenkins, but he has a micro-fracture in the ankle. We got a better deal I believe. Interesting to see what his drop-off is for 1) the injury and 2) for not playing next to Henderson

Stroud played next to henderson, but on the other hand.... Jenkins played next to Peppers.... Gonna be crazy to see who got the better deal.

Stroud was in Jax in the 4-3, the Bills run a 4-3

Jenkins was in Carolina in the 4-3, The Jets run the 3-4...

I say both teams came out on top BUT.... I know one thing, The AFC East is now the divison of the DT-NT. Wilfork, Jenkins, Stroud, amazing

Plus he got busted for violating the leagues steroids policy. 4 games in the 2007 season.
Very interesting that all DT's that have been traded are from the same draftclass (2001). Stroud in the first round, Jenkins and Rogers in the second round but yet the Browns paid a higher price for Rogers...

This division isn't big enough for the four of us.

dude i dont know if glenn dorsey is there i take him.

but yes gholston is the more appropriate with our options.

I still think its time to get rid of D-ROB

We can't keep him he makes to much money and we resigned Pouha for depth. The guy is gone.

He'll be with us if we can't get what we want for him. We have enough room and may even restructure his contract if that's our best option. It's hard to find skilled defensive linemen and he is still valuable.

Unless we are going to a base 4/3 he is gone. He has the leverage with his contract and our system isn't doing him any favors.

Tannenbaum wouldn't be giving out all this cash if he expected D-Rob to be here. Even a restructuring might not save enough at this point. I'd say he'll be gone in a trade soon enough.
