ESPN just said that the New England Patriots and Randy Moss are NOT EVEN CLOSE to reaching a contract... They say Cowboys may go after Moss pretty hard... But I just think that Mangini and the Jets would love to slap the Patriots in the face and bring in Randy Moss. Even if we dont sign Moss, its awsome how we Signed Jenkins and Faneca and the Patriots have lost Moss and Samuel But dont be surprised if we sign Moss and move Cotch to the Slot where he could be a beast

If we were to sign Moss that would be an end to LC as a jet. We simply would not have the cap room to keep all of Coles, Cotch, and Moss as receivers. For what its worth I don't think we even give Randy's agent a call, unless we are interested in another player he reps.
Put it this way. If the Jets get Moss, I would welcome him. If they don't get him, or go after him for that matter, I won't be mad.
i would almost be willing to pay moss not to be on the patriots...and if he happens to add anything to our team then that is a bonus almost... it would be nice if someone else made the move, but i wouldnt be upset if we somehow got involved i just dont see it happening, but it would strike hope into the heart of pennington fans everywhere
