I am incredibly nervous that this man is still a Jet. Other teams have been shedding their dead weight for some time now, and yet we still have 81. Could the front office POSSIBLY be thinking about keeping this guy in light of LC's recent comments? Can anybody supply contract information on McCareins? Is he valuable in a draft day trade, and that's why we haven't cut him yet? Is it a salary-cap thing? Is Kellen Clemens sticking up for his boy? (They seem to have bonded). Sweet merciful Jesus, why is this man still a Jet?
I would assume that he gives good head. How else would Woody get rid of his, well . . . You can figure it out.
Maybe they want to see if they can package his worthless ass in a trade before they curb him. I wouldn't put it past Tannenbaum.
Hahahahaaa..... very good Quack. Yeah, I'm assuming we're trying to get something for him, even if it's a bucket of used footballs.
we are going to cut more players than just mccareins...if he survives the first wave of cuts then i would maybe complain but there is no way he sticks around and he has no possible trade value....0
This is absolutely true, fellas. Just go to that team's Training Camp and you'll see him make every f*cking TD catch. Then the season will start...
McCareins was last seen handcuffed to the steam pipes in the bowels of Giants Stadium just before the Kansas City game. Maybe our equipment manager forgot to unlock him.
He?s due to a big Roster bonus in March, he?ll be gone then. His Value? When we package him with a 4th rounder, we might get a 7th, from the Redskins, maybe.
Maybe the Bengals will do an even trade? Justin McCareins for Chad Johnson? Thats a joke, just like Justins Career as a Jet...
What do you expect for a #4 wr? He wasnt #3 anymore. They played Brad Smith more than the guy and Brad Smith sucks also. His hands are horrible. He dropped a lot of passes this past year.
He could break every record in the books on some other team and I'll be forever convinced that he sucks.
It is a mystery if they keep McCareins. He works so hard in practice, and plays so very badly on Sunday. Perhaps they should renegotiate him down to a special teams maven salary-wise and let him race down and tackle the ball carrier. After all a guy may be a lot easier for him to catch than a football. You can like a guy, but you have to get production, and McC just doesn't produce. For such a "fast" receiver he separates badly and when he does the hands turn to stone. Perhaps he is due for a killer March roster bonus, and hopefully that will seal his departure. A wasted spot on the roster now for my money.
