I'd say that 95% of Jets fans wanted the Giants to win, but now after seeing this parade down the streets of NYC, the sea of blue everywhere you look, Simply the Best blasting over loud speakers, while our Jets sit home at 4-12, this is a dark day to be a Jets fan in NYC.

Regardless of who you were rooting for I knew it was a can't win situation for Jets fans. So i was prepared.

I still see it as an anti-pats celebration, if Green Bay or Dallas won, i'd like to go there and celebrate with them.... i dont sit around feeling sorry for my team, considering they bounce back every year. Now with our wonderful franchise you need to have patience, so i sit and wait, even if its another 40 years.

Indeed, I just went out for lunch in the Times Square area... Giants fans everywhere. At least had the Patsies won, I would not have to see all this.

On the flip side, here at Disney Pats gear was everywhere. In your face. Now, I have yet to see one person with a Pats hat on.

I was depressed watching the ceremony earlier.

Just think, whenever the Jets win, it will be so sweet.

I felt the same way, but I guess I just wasn't prepared for this, the only thing worse then this was the Yankees parade in 2000 after beating my Mets.

Yeah but then you wouldn't be able to turn the TV without hearing greatest team ever all over. Plus the sickening image of the chicken with his smug smile holding another Lombardi trophy. Plus hearing how Mac and Cheese runs the model franchise. The Giants are one and done , I can deal with that.

Bingo. I can stomach seeing those goofy blue bastards parading around town with their trophy, so long as it means I don't have to sit through yet another month of Patsy nut-licking by the media.

I loved watching Strahan and the Giants talk about stomping the Pats out. The Pats must have talked a ton of shit in that game.

Petro take the pain . Overall it was a great win for the Giants . But years down the road it will just be another Superbowl win. If Pats won we would have to listen to the perfect season crap for the rest of our lives. Course I guess thats easy for me to say down here in North Carolina.

Looks at it this way: Hypothetically, would you rather have to sit and watch a Patriots Parade, or a Giants Parade?

can't understand how any jets fan can get more upset watching a giant celebration as opposed to a patriots celebration. the giants are'nt our rivals. if we wanna stop being second class citizens in ny/nj, then we should field a better team.

not a big deal... I like the Giants. They can get a little bit annoying sometimes but still like em.
