If you use your definition every player on defense at one time or another is an impact player.

If we use the definition most people would when refering to a football player, we would be refering to players who have an impact on the game, i.e. game changing plays, shutting down key players on the other team.

Using this definition Rhodes would be an impact player more so than Harris. While Harris looks like he will be great, he plays solid and makes tackles but with just 4 sacks and 2 forced fumbles I don't think he can be considered an impact player yet.

    Huh?

Harris is already that guy for us in the front 7. The fact that he's nasty with an undersized D-line in front of him only has the optimistic fans drooling at what he can do once we beef up the D-line.

Rhodes is climbing up the ranks to be one of the best safeties in the league. Hell, it's not hard to argue him as a top 5 safety the past couple seasons.

You really are pessimistic about this team aren't you?

Thats what I'm saying. Rhodes is getting there...But if he does....willl have to wait & see. I see that he likes the glamore & bright lights alot. I see how he isn't totally dedicated like Vilma is. Only he can make it happen, but I see that he has a few outside interest.
