that is true, geoff has been one of my favorite brewers over the past 10 years and i hope he does well in philly, i just hope their fans dont expect too much from him because he has been on a decline and i dont want to see any batteries thrown towards him or anything:rofl2:
if Geoff Jenkins decides the NL East, or NL pennant winner, signing SIGNIFICANT players in the off-season will never mean anything. You either lead a boring life, or your father is Geoff Jenkins agent.
I thought the Phillies needed a righty bat, really. Aside, Jenkins is a decent player and a Mets killer, so a good signing for them. Platoon with Werth I assume.
