lol I love this. I especially love that he leads all NFL RBs in fumbles even though he barely has any carries. Meanwhile Mario Williams is top 10 in the league in sacks and a huge force.
I really don't think he's a bust. It's his first time in pretty much his enitre life that he's carrying the full load, which certainly takes some adjusting. His yards are not very high (about 950 total), but fact is that defensive coordinators still have to gameplan to him (I know, I know, they do for every team/player) and take into account his ridiculous recieving skills. The guy has 73 catches, which goes to show that he is a consistenly reliable check down. Hell, I won't even call it a check down, he is main target. Just wait, Bush will get better the more experience he gets.
Too early. He's having a stinker of a season so far, but so is the whole team. I can't write him off yet, he's just got too much talent. Another season like this though . . .
alright ill give it to him that hes a good receiver but...my god...hes in all these commericals, his jersey is everywhere..broadcasters introduce them as "reggie bush and the saints" and meanwhile he hasnt lived up 2 any of his hype...if he doenst do nethin next year..bust...BUT I PERSONALLY THINK HE BLOWS NOW
Running Back is conisdered the easiest of all positions to go from School to the Pros. Marshawn Lynch is having a good year. Adrian Peterson? Laurence Maroney? Joseph Addai? Hell, even LenDale White? All made the transition well. Bush may not be a complete "Bust" but is by no means living up to the pre draft hype. Looks a lot more like a third down back or kick returner than a carry the load #2 pick.
wow.. if someone can call bush a bust so far, i wonder what mcfadden would be if he were to get drafted by the jets...
He's 11th among Rbs in Total yards, he isn't a bruising betwen the tackles back, he was never meant to be, he is explosive a huge threat catching the ball. No he isn't a huge star, but he's better than a lot of other big hype backs. he's not exactly blair thomas
I was watching the pregame and they showed the Titans on field getting ready. The camera had a front shot of a lineman, big belly, small helmet etc... Then I realized he was weraing #25! I was like WHOA Dude, ease off the fkin yodels bro.
I'm not so sure about that. Tennessee's receiving core is pretty atrocious.. they drop more passes than he can throw at them.
Do the Titans have a chance to make the playoffs? Yes. Ya know why? because Vince Young doesn't know how to lose.
About Reggie.. it's a little too early to call him a bust, but in my mind he's clearly overrated. I'd MUCH rather have neon leon or MJD.
they're 6-4 when he plays 1-1 when he doesn't. The reason they are a playoff contender is an excellent Defense and a good running game. They were just as good if not better when collins was playing, beating Houston and losing a close one to Tampa. He cost them the 2nd JAX game, was bad in the Denver Loss, though poor tackling really killed them, he was terrible in the Cinci Game, and he almost cost them the Atlanta game too. If they had a decent Qb, say a matt schaub type, they'd still be 7-5, YOung is a turnover machine his Qb rating is a 68.9, and he has twice as many INTs and TDs 14 to 7.
Ever notice how he seems to get 'hurt' or shaken up on just about every play? If a lineman growls at him…he limps off the field. I said not long after the draft that the Texans would look brilliant when Williams soars and Busch sinks…I’m not sure that any player could live up to what the media was building Busch up to be.
I wouldn't call him a bust just yet....but its clear he can't be the featured back. Hasn't lived up to the hype, glad we didn't trade up for him.
