Angels sign Torii Hunter

    Good signing as he will help the Halos offensively and defensively but the Angels are pretty much admitting that they made a mistake in giving Matthews Jr. that large contract last year.
    They also might think that he may not be around much due to the steriod investigation.

    Do the Angels have to make one huge and ridiculous signing every single offseason? Is this a mandate?

    its not that ridiculous...a little much though......is there any such thing as a ridiculous signing anymore anyway

    Vlad/Anderson will alternate DH now with Gary Matthews filling the void for whoever is the DH.
