He actually was getting better pressure on Boller than most of the rest of the Jets. He came close a few times.

Victor Hobson is a good tackler, but he is painfully slow and doesn't shed blocks all that well. Everybody likes to point fingers at our D-line, but I absolutely think he is the weak point in our front seven.

I think he's better suited to play ILB in the 3-4. It's the position he played in college.

i would put barton in there too.. Guy makes 1 tackles...jumps around like he sacked the QB, then does nothing else after that

Harris needs to see the field more.

Harris looked pretty good in limited play yesterday... should be an improvement down the line.

Bryan Thomas is our best LB right now.. I knwo Vilma makes a lot of tackles but all around i think Thomas has been the best

I'm excited for Harris. He'll improve our run D. Our pass rush will continue to be non-exsistent (no matter how many 3-4 ends we sign) until we get some speed coming off the edge.

Why don't the Jets move Vilma to the outside and move Hobson into his position? It frees up Vilma to play to more of his strengths.

I have no problem with Hobson's play. He's no star but he's definitely not bringing the defense down.

I wouldn't say he was weak point, but he is just another guy. He's a solid tackler and doesn't get blown off the ball like Vilma. It's just the guy is a horrible pass rusher.
