1. Pennington is a far better player then Clemens at this point. 2. Revis is gonna be great and the Jets did the right thing moving up. 3. LG isn't gonna win or lose you anything. 4. Jets are gonna have a big edge to them. 5. Thomas Jones is gonna be real good. Well, hope he's right.
Better yet, did you hear Theismann this morning on 1050. Said the Jets will not go where Mangini wants them because Chad's passes can be measured with a sundial. Yes - he said that. You can agree or disagree with his statement but that was not professional at all.
Theismann is an A-hole. He was ragging on CP in a game last year and Chad came back and won it. what a jackoff...
Theismann's a jackass. Right or wrong any time he talks I tune out. As for Simms: 1. Penny's the better player, but far is kinda pushing it. 2. I agree here, Revis is going to be good. He's a natural at the position; him stepping in and being so good right off the bat in the preseason just reaffirms this. 3. What? The LG alone may not make or break a game but it will go a long way towards breaking the OL which WILL in fact break the game. I'm not sure if Bender's gonna be much right now, but in the future he should be servicable at the very least. 4. Probably. I still think everything was way too vanilla in the PS so it'll be surprising. 5. Yes.
Wonder if he believed that in 1990 when he got KO'd for the year with an injury caused by a sack. Richard Todd in 1978 would also disagree.
