    #21 Victor Green

He never got his due as a pro bowl player, although one year he was voted in as an alternate. Maybe if we EVER provided him with a stable 2nd safety he would have received more accolades. He was a hard hitter and great against the run. He was prone to biting on the play action but when he read the play correctly (90% of the time) he could knock your block off or make a play on the ball.

Favorite Jet play in the last several years - 1998 against the falcons, belichek sends the double safety blitz and Green as well as Coleman (i think) destroy Steve DeBerg, force the fumble and take it to the house.

Aaron Beasley disgraced #21 after Green left, and Green disgraced Vinny T. as a patriot when he picked an endzone pass and took it back 103 years for a TD. That was painful.

I knew his contract dictated it, but I hated seeing Aaron Glenn go. He is a player we have been trying to replace ever since.

James Farrior for sure, and he only turned into a great 3 -4 LB, because of the NG that PITT has.
