i know it aint gonna happen, but i want to see kellen get up on a first team defense in the next game. i think hes earned himself a start in the preseason. i know we got 1 more tune up before 9/9 but maybe getting chad some second team snaps will help him knock off the rust.

btw, how many times is carl banks going to say "you cant blame it all on pennington"?

banks is right you cant blame it all in pennington . horrible play calling with no OL. Bender fucking sucks!!!!!!! FO made a huge mistake trading Kendall.

He can't play against a first team D, eagles next wk will play 0 starters.

i just thought it was amazing that he said it 4 or 5 times ina 20 min clip. im seeing clemens making his passes....thats what i see.

and yeah, the FO totally shit on the OL and its ability to help our new runner by ousting kendall. getting a 4th for him (possibly) is nice, but unless we can get someone on the level of kendall after the final cuts (as we did get PK that way).

i dont want to see tui in at QB until KC gets at least another 2 poss...

as far as philly not playing any starters next week....that doesnt make sense to me. if anything the starters should play at least a qtr or so before being taken out. i say start kellen, see what he can do. hopefully TJ can be behind him and we can do some things.

the blocks that clement and moore put up on the ware TD run were dead sexy.

dunno...last preseason game usually has starters go the most....as its really the last tune up before the reg season.

i want stuckey on the team....if he gets cut ill be mad as hell. hes gonna be a gamer somewhere....and that somewhere should be in a jet green uni at the meadowlands on sundays.

slightly baked....the way im remembering it was by the end of the preseason the game the first team gets the most reps in was game 4. with the exception to the rule that if youre up, then they come out so they dont get hurt.

im really stoned, and me an my buddy were just having this convo and we agree....

I think Stuckey, Smith, and Clemens should all get a little more time with the first team, against a first string defense next week, that'll show their true talent off

We will not see a first string D next week. The next first string D we see is the Pats.

all i know is that one clemens drive that consisted of deep pass to mccareins, deep pass to smith, and then td run was incredible. and i loved how he was so hyped about it afterwards. i really like this guy for the future.

also .. his almost td pass to 15, wallace wright i think? was also a great throw.. incredible int by reed tho .. that was fun to watch..

Is it me or does Pennington look old? He just doesn't seem to have the mobility or firepower that Clemens has. Of course, I would tend to think that his decision making is better than Clemens at this point and his knowledge of the system would be better as well -- but beyond that I think Clemens is our QB next year if not sooner (Pennington does look bad right now).
