    According to espn.com's rumor central the Jets have made an offer to Antonio Chatham. Anyone in favor if this? I don't see the need to add a 5'9 reciever that wasn't even tendered a contract as a RFA by the Packers.

    They most likely did this move to upgrade our special teams - kick returns. That's pretty much all.

    He would be the #3/#4 receiver, and do punt returns.

    Im ok with it as long hes used accordingly for a 5' 9" reciever on special teams or 5 wide formations.Using him to go for the corner jump ball in the endzone NO.

    I am all for it if he has speed and could be a jitterbug type WR. We have 3 possession WR's and it would compliment them to add a speed reciver. Hopefully he has better hands than Moss did.

    Hasn't it been days since this happened? I think we are waiting for him to accept or reject while he gathers other offers.

    On second thought you better e-mail the FO immediately to make sure they have that in mind because our coaching staff probably isn't smart enough to figure that out on their own.

    Huh?...Coles is ridiculously fast...that's why those fade routes work in the end zone because he flies by the CB
    McCareins has above average speed but his problem is that he tries to catch everything with his body and not his hands

    Ridiculously fast? no Santana Moss is fast, and you could but a TE on a fade becasue its not a speed route its about how high can you jump and how good your hands are.
