They signed undrafted free agents Brett Ratliff (a quarterback out of Utah) and safety Leonard Peters (Hawaii)
are people really excited about signing 15 players that were not drafted? just the fact that we signed 15, not who they are? Jet fans: we don't care how good our players are, we just want plenty of'em!
I am known for generally being fairly negative but th posters on this board take some beating, jeez its like some of you just have to bitch and moan about everything and anything. So what if people are excited we signed a ton of undrafted players, it just shows that we are being active, 1 might work out, its hardly a risk, people want to go look them up and try to see if they think we got a gem, why do you feel the need to have to bitch about this? You never know what these late picks/undrafted guys are going to be like "why are you so pleased about signing that QB pats fans, hes just a player 32 other teams passed on 6+ times"
As the resident MWC guy on the board I can tell you if we signed the Utah QB from this past season he'll be cut before Pre-Season begins but Peters is solid and he you know who the secondary coach at Hawaii is? Former Jet Rich Miano so he had some good company although I don't think Miano being on the Jets 20 years ago helped Peters.
