i just want to say the Jets had a very excellent draft. you got both players i wanted the Giants to take in both rounds. we were trying hard to trade up to 14 to get Revis too, but you guys were the only team willing to give up a 2nd (cause you had 2).

this draft was great for you guys, you got the best CB in the draft IMO and a LB that could have went in the first.

Congrats on the great draft, and i can atleast watch Revis every week now!

Thanks for coming out and saying what too many Jet fans are afraid of saying. Despite all we gave up for these guys, we got two excellent prospects out of the first day, and, when it comes down to it, that's all you should ask for

Thanks and to you as well.

I like Ross as a prospect and Smith could be a sleeper.

cheers, I am happy now too, needed to sleep on it to let it really set in, originally I was a bit shocked and just scared of having a shortage of picks

We got the 2 players that we wanted. We had a great draft.

The Pats only drafted 1 player in day one. That shows that there isn't many players out there that is all that special.

yea, Ross may be 25, but he's more matue and has good hands and is a punt returner and is good in press coverahe, which is what we'll be running this year.

and every one on the GMB is complaining about the DT pick, but here's my idea of whats gonna happen. our DC came from philly, philly had a 2 line rotation last year. we have 4 good DE's in osi, strahan, kiwanuka, tuck and now we have 4 good DT's in robbins, coefield, bell, alford.

im pretty sure we'll using the 2 line rotation and keep our d-line fresh

    Thank you Giant fan.

Giants have a good draft. Especially that pick of DeOzzie in the 4th. Man what a steal.

Just because a post is more favorable to the FO or more positve doesn't make it better.

I appreciate getting feedback from fans of other teams. There is no need to rip those who are critical of the risks the FO took to take two players that have been rated very differently by respected sources (Kiper, ESPN, etc.). There is no doubt that both players are good prospects but we did put all of our eggs in two baskets and ignored problems on the OL, etc.
