although, at times, Robertson plays like a 3rd Rounder, this is not a good deal because we gave up two 1sts to get him. Having said that, if Mangini doesn't think Robertson is a good fit in his system, along with his bone-on-bone knee condition that will only worsen, sooner than later is the best time to trade Robertson while he still has value. Nevertheless, something else needs to be packaged into that deal with the R3 pick. cheers
I dont mind trading robertson, as long as we get someone or something that leads to getting a position filled, that is more important than a DT position.
No way would this trade happen! The Bills aren't that stupid! They just released a 1st round bust, why would they want ours?
Wait...you are talking about getting posts counts up? You're a n00b and you have 256 more posts than him at the moment. If anything you're the n00b trying to boost your count by making ridiculous accusations and pointless posts. Stuff it.:breakdance:
this trade is not possibly true, first he is soo overpaid, the bills would never want to take on the rest of his contract, and I think we take a huge hit if hes not on our team, and 2nd he was injured goods last year, and 3rd they have a top 10 pick to go and grab a lot better D tackle then Robertson.
I can't stand DRob but there is no way I trade him for a 3rd round pick. At least a second round pick, but preferably a 2nd and 4th or 5th. His contract is a bit better now. Remember, he was one of the guys who was renegotiated.
First off, the Jets wouldn't trade within the division so this automatically puts this idea of a trade with Buffalo into the realm of fiction. Secondly, trading Robertson for anything less than a second round pick would be a admission of a mistake of no less stature than selling Manhattan Is. for $24 and beads..
Seriously, I wish they'd trade him and our #1 to Houston or New Orleans so we could move up--it would cost us no more picks, we could still move Abe for a #1, and we'd unload a terrible Terry Birdbrain contract.
