Harrington wants out of Detroit, trade Abe and a fifth for Harrington and Detroit 2nd? Detroit signed Kitna as everyone knows and now they're looking at McCown and Harrington's pissed. He hasn't really succeeded but still is a good QB with upside.

Hey newbie...what up? Welcome to the TGG board. On the other hand, not a good trade at all. Harrington has overachieved in my opinion-he's not good. The lions are obviously trying to get rid of him, so i would only do that if it was just abe for harrington and the lions second and 4th.
Harrington no way this guy has not shown me anything since he was drafted.Granted the Lions are terrible.At least Aaron Brooks took the Saints to the playoffs.
LOL..newbie..I've been a Jets fan longer than half the posters on this board has been alive but anyway...It was just speculation on my part when I saw Harrington getting nudged out of Detroit...and he's underachieved his whole career
Good point. What is the most games Harrington has ever won? 5-6. With all those top 10 picks on offence. Awful. A team won't have to trade for Harrington. He has a large roster bonus due in June. The Lions will release him before that. Same with Brooks actually. No one will trade for these guys with their existing contracts.
No i understand man...no worries. I just think that to get a guy who had the tools around him in Detroit ( a good oline) to actually be something...can't come to the Jets who are in a serious rebuilding stage and as of now have a very uncertain oline, rb, and a terrible wide receiving corps.
Yeah..I don't know what the problem is with all those receivers..but I have seen brief flashes of brilliance from Harrington...maybe it's inconsistency..hmm...most likely it ishmy:
